How we operate, and what we expect of ourselves.

Preascent operates across multiple jurisdictions and works with clients, partners, and suppliers in diverse cultural and business environments. This code reflects the standards we hold ourselves to in every engagement — not because compliance requires it, but because our reputation is built on them.

Integrity in client relationships

We tell clients what we see, not what they want to hear. We do not overstate our capabilities, inflate scope, or extend engagements beyond what is genuinely needed. We declare conflicts of interest before they become problems. If we cannot do something well, we say so.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential by default. We do not discuss one client's situation with another. We do not use proprietary information from one engagement to benefit a competing engagement. Non-disclosure obligations are taken seriously and exceeded where possible.

Respect in the workplace

We work in teams that span nationalities, backgrounds, and disciplines. We expect every person working with or for Preascent to treat others with respect — in written communication, in meetings, and in how decisions are made. Discrimination, harassment, and intimidation have no place in our work.

Raising concerns

Anyone working with Preascent — staff, contractors, or partners — can raise a concern directly with leadership at hello@preascent.com. Concerns raised in good faith will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is unacceptable.
